LISBON — Residents of Durham and Pownal voted against the proposed $27.33 million budget for RSU 5 on Tuesday.

Durham’s tally was 223 yes, 371 no; Pownal’s was 95 yes, 171 no.

Results from Freeport were not available by early Wednesday morning.
