Reiki Blessings will be offering free Reiki to Relayers. Reiki is a spiritual practice that promotes balance within and healing for mind, body and spirit. It can be done with light touch or no touch. Reiki addresses the symptoms, it’s used for side effects of meds, and also is a great relaxation tool. They will be offering short Reiki sessions to everyone who would like to try it from 6-10 p.m. and if it seems people are interested they may stay later.
