Arrests

* Jeffrey Smith, 30, Mexico, warrant charging failure to appear, 2:14 p.m. June 12. He was released on $250 cash bail.

* Phillip Hutchinson, 28, Mexico, disorderly conduct, 5:45 p.m. June 8 on Washington Street. He was released on $400 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Aug. 5 in 11th District Court.

* James Jasud, 40, Dixfield, attaching false plates, 11:51 p.m. June 5 on Waldo Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Aug. 5 in 11th District Court.

* On June 5 at 8:26 p.m., a Spruce Street resident reported her apartment had been entered while she was away and some food and money was stolen. Following an investigation, Christie Thetonia, 33, of Rumford was arrested in connection with the case on charges of burglary and theft. Unable to post bail, she was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris and given a court date of 8:30 a.m. July 8 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

Incidents

* On June 11 at 6:12 p.m., a Cumberland Street resident reported a theft of some of her prescription medication. Corporal Donald Miller is investigating.

* On June 11 at 2:32 p.m., the department received a report of the theft of an iPod Touch from a Rumford Avenue apartment. Officer Matthew Desroches is investigating.
