A nearly 3-year-old boy who fell from a third-floor apartment window at 105 Walnut St. on Friday afternoon is placed in an ambulance as police, right, look at the scene. A translator, speaking for the boy’s mother, told police the boy was standing at the window when the screen gave way and he tumbled out.
