The Portland-based singer/songwriter performs and writes music in folk, indie and electronic styles. With influences such as Joni Mitchell, Kate Bush, Bjork and Feist, Richardson’s songs have won her honors at the University of Maine, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in music. “My music consists of original folk songs inspired by my folky upbringing, and also electronic/digital songs,” Richardson said.

She has performed with Maine bands including the Rustic Overtones and musician Kyle Gervais.

The concerts are free and open to the public. In case of rain, the concert will be held in the library’s Reading Room.
