* Matthew Ryan Gammon, 24, of 75 Seventh St., aggravated criminal mischief, 10:24 a.m. Wednesday at that address.

* Vehicles driven by Alexander G. Dutov, 26, of Portland and Verna M. Bertrand, 43, of Durham collided at 2 p.m. Tuesday at High and Elm streets. According to a police report, Dutov had glanced down at his GPS unit and failed to stop at a stop sign. Damage to his 2006 Volvo was listed as minor. Bertrand’s 2013 Toyota was towed.
