RUMFORD — The following arrests were logged by the Police Department:

Charges

* Chloe L. Brown, 18, Rumford, domestic assault, 2:37 p.m. July 14 on Whippoorwill Road. She was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 2 in 11th District Court.

* Scott Mills, 49, Rumford, operating under the influence (second offense), 11:11 p.m. July 12 on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 2 in 11th District Court.

* Timothy Fair, 41, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 12:01 p.m. July 15 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $1,200 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Aug. 5 in 11th District Court.

* Daniel Gautreau, 65, Roxbury, operating under the influence, 6:41 p.m. July 10 on Main Street in Mexico. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 2 in 11th District Court.

* Thomas Prendergast, 41, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of operating under the influence, 3:13 p.m. July 6. He posted $400 cash bail and was released.

Reports

* At 4:20 p.m. on July 15, a Washington Street resident reported the theft of an iPad valued at $400. The theft occurred in the past two weeks from his apartment and remains under investigation.
