FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Regional Communications Center will hold an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, at its new site at 124 County Way.
The public is welcome to see the 2,200-square foot center, which opened in April, Director Stan Wheeler said. Previously, dispatching was done from an office in the Sheriff’s Department building across the road.
Voters approved a bond for nearly $600,000 in June 2012 to build the center.
