WILTON — Police are investigating a burglary at the office of Fernwold Apartments off Route 2. It was reported Wednesday morning.

The office door was kicked in sometime after 4 p.m. Tuesday. The apartment manager discovered it Wednesday morning, Wilton police officer Andrew Hardy said.

Less than $400 was taken, and the office was damaged, he said. The door was locked at the time.

Police are checking to see if anything else was taken from the office, he said.
