RANGELEY — Police said a Connecticut man is facing charges of disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release following an incident at Sarge’s Pub & Grub late Saturday night.

Gregory Nelson, 28, of Easton, Conn., was removed from the establishment and told not to return on Aug. 20, police Chief Dennis Leahy said Monday. Nelson returned Saturday night, was intoxicated, refused to leave and fought with employees, he said.

Sgt. Jared Austin arrested Nelson on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release pertaining to an unrelated incident in Lewiston.

Nelson was taken to the Franklin County jail in Farmington and remained there Monday. His bail is $500 cash or a Maine pretrial contract, a corrections officer said Monday afternoon.
