Season outlook: The Ramblers are a young team, but a united one. After graduating the core of a very successful team, Winthrop has a lot of key spots to fill. The Ramblers are working on a new formation to help ease the transition for first-year varsity players. The only returning scorer from last year’s team is Molino, so developing scoring opportunities and player placement have been big areas of focus this preseason. The girls are eager and excited and should grow well as a unit through the season, making a run for playoffs.
