PHILLIPS — An official said a Dixfield man admitted in court Tuesday to urinating on Main Street the day before.
Maine State Trooper Reid Bond said he arrested Bruce Therriault, 52, on a misdemeanor charge of indecent conduct.
Therriault admitted to the charge in a Farmington court Tuesday, was fined and released with a payment plan, a Franklin County corrections officer said.
The complainant reported a man unzipped the fly of his pants and acted as though he was going to urinate on the complainant’s pickup truck, Bond said. The complainant said the man moved away, exposed himself and urinated on the side of the street, the trooper said.
Therriault was found on Pleasant Street extremely intoxicated and with a bicycle. He said he was trying to return to his residence on Route 142 in Phillips, although he was traveling in the opposite direction, Bond said.
