WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – A Temple man lost control of the car he was driving Thursday afternoon on Route 156, causing it to roll over, according to Franklin County Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr.
Cody Blodgett, 22, of Temple was traveling east on the road when the accident occurred, he said. Blodgett overcorrected the steering and the car crossed the centerline, hit the soft shoulder and rolled over, the sheriff said.
Deputy Nicholas Zecher responded to the accident at 4:42 p.m.
Blodgett and his two passengers, Andrew Cote, 20, and Adam Lewia, 21, whose hometowns were unknown, did not report any injuries, he said.
The 2005 Pontiac Bonneville was heavily damaged.
