Charges

The following people are to be arraigned on Oct. 7 in 11th District Court:

* Andrew Bresette, 23, of Rumford, operating under the influence, 2:13 a.m. Sept. 1 on Route 2. Bresette was released on $800 unsecured bail.

* Larry Labonte, 58, of Rumford, operating under the influence, 6:37 p.m. Sept. 1 on Waldo Street. Labonte was released on $300 cash bail.

* Rashaud Lavoie, 21, of Rumford, hindering apprehension, 7:55 p.m. Aug. 26 on Pine Street. Lavoie was released on personal recognizance bail.

* Jerri-Lynn Vaillancourt, 36, of Mexico, possession of Schedule W drugs, possession of  Schedule Z drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, 3:47 p.m. on Aug. 27.

Reports

* At 7:16 p.m. on Sept. 3, a Cumberland Street resident reported her purse was stolen out of her vehicle while on the street. Officer Matthew Desroches is investigating.

* At 12:27 p.m. on Sept. 2, a Rumford resident reported the theft of a purse from the prior day at a local recreational area. The purse contained a wallet, cash, money orders and prescription and miscellaneous cards. There are no suspects. Officer Brad Gallant is investigating.

* At 2:09 p.m. on Aug. 27, a Cumberland Street resident reported that while she was away, someone entered her apartment and stole a laptop computer. Officer Gallant is investigating.
