• Marquice Davis, 21, of 26 Pine St., on charges of driving after having been declared a habitual offender and violating bail conditions, 12:55 a.m. Wednesday at 1455 Lisbon St.

• Karen L. Dewitt-Villani, 57, of 453 Main St., on a charge of disorderly conduct, 4:20 a.m. Friday at that address.

• David Sasseville, 48, no address listed, arrested by Sabattus police on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving without a license, 1:30 a.m. Friday in Sabattus.

Accidents

Auburn

• A car driven by Edward R. Miville, 21, of Turner, struck the back of a car driven by Lorrie Roberts, 49, of Litchfield, while Roberts was stopped and preparing to turn at 11:32 a.m. Thursday on Center Street. Both vehicles, Roberts’ 2012 Ford and the 2002 Subaru, driven by Miville and owned by Rebeka Abel, of Auburn, were towed.

Lewiston

• Vehicles driven by Howard W. Fitch, 53, of Manchester, and Rebecca E. Smith, 40, of Wales, collided at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday at Main and Montello streets. Both vehicles, Fitch’s 2004 Chevrolet and Smith’s 2002 Honda, were towed.
