Fitness For Life, with Deb Carroll: Step aerobics and resistance exercises for cardio, tone, strength and overall fitness. Keeping the Keys for Senior Drivers, with an AAA certified instructor: The workshop is designed to help senior drivers be proactive in managing their driving careers. Learn more about how driving skills change over time and how older drivers can adjust to these changes to continue driving. The intent of this course is to provide the resources seniors and their families need to continue to drive safely and maintain mobility. Snowmobile & ATV Safety: Learn how to properly operate and maintain both a snowmobile and an ATV. Laws and responsibilities, map and compass, environmental/landowner ethics, personal safety, first aid and survival skills will also be covered. Exam and 100 percent attendance required.
