Marnie Morneau, who has children in the Lewiston school system, listens to Superintendent Bill Webster talk about options for redistricting Lewiston schools at a meeting at the Dingley Building on Tuesday afternoon. It was the first time the 22-member redistricting committee met. The group, comprised of school board members, administrators, city officials, parents and concerned citizens, eventually will recommend how the restructuring will be carried out and which students will attend a new elementary school to be built in Lewiston in the near future.
