WEST PARIS — Beverly A. Murphy, 84, of Auburn Road, Peru, died Monday, Sept. 22, at the Ledgeview Living Center, West Paris.

She was born in West Bridgewater, Mass., on Dec. 16, 1929, the daughter of Harold O. and Hazel Frances (Mosher) Packard, and attended schools in West Bridgewater, Mass.

Beverly was married April 12, 1975, in Rumford Point to John E. Murphy, who died in Peru on July 5, 2004.

Survivors include a son, Michael Patterson of Peru; a stepson, Scott Murphy and wife, Cindy, of Dixfield; a stepdaughter, Valerie Scott and husband, William, of Maine; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Stempka of Taunton, Mass., and her twin, Barbara Ensor of East Bridgewater, Mass.
