AUBURN — The monthly meeting of the Auburn Democratic City Committee will be held on Monday, Nov. 17, at the Auburn City Building from 7 to 9 p.m. The normal date of the meeting — the fourth Tuesday of each month — was changed because of the Thanksgiving holiday.

In addition to a discussion of the election results, retired Auburn firefighter Mike LeCompte will give a slideshow presentation of his experiences on the Appalachian Trail.

Parking is available in the garage. Use the courtyard entrance and take the elevator to the second floor.

All Auburn Democrats are urged to attend the city committee meetings. Refreshments are served and visitors are welcome.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item for the pantry at the Trinity Jubilee Center.
