SKOWHEGAN (AP) — A Skowhegan man police say brought heroin and cocaine from Massachusetts to resell in Maine has been arrested on drug charges.

Authorities say two raids earlier this month at the apartment of 57-year-old Roberto Figueroa uncovered about 80 grams of cocaine, 20 grams of heroin, a small amount of hashish, methadone, digital scales, drug packaging material, $760 in cash and drug paraphernalia. Police say the seized drugs have an approximate street value of $10,600.

The Morning Sentinel (http://bit.ly/1y0BNMQ ) reported that Figueroa is charged with aggravated trafficking in heroin and cocaine and was ordered held on a probation violation.

Figueroa remained in jail Tuesday. It’s not clear if he has a lawyer.

The investigation is continuing and more arrests are possible.
