GORHAM — Jason Cote, Riley Lavoie and Ryan Lavoie each scored a goal as Gray-New Gloucester/Poland/Oak Hill beat Westbrook 3-0 in a boys’ hockey game Wednesday.
Goalie Jason Holmquist made 14 saves to earn the shutout.
Boys’ basketball
Boothbay 82, St. Dom’s 28
BOOTHBAY — Boothbay quickly built a 38-9 lead at halftime and dropped in another 44 points in the second half as the Seahawks (9-0) strolled to an 82-28 victory in a boys’ basketball game Wednesday.
Evan Hepburn dropped in the game-high 14 points and John Hepburn added 12 for Boothbay. Aaron Dickinson scored 11 points and Joseph DiMauro added 10.
For the Saints (2-6), Mike Bryant and Becket Wagner each scored seven points.
Girls’ hockey
York 3, St. Dom’s 0
AUBURN — Kayla Kelly scored a pair of goals and Jessa Smith added one as York rolled over St. Dom’s with a 3-0 victory in girls’ hockey Wednesday.
The Wildcats scored all their goals in the second period.
St. Dom’s Taylor Link and Evie Ernst each turned in a fine all-round game performance.
