1946 – 2014

CANTON — Sharon Ann Macie of Canton passed away Friday, Dec. 19, with her family by her side.

Sharon was born in Portland on Jan. 26, 1946, to Phyllis (Jordan) and Eugene Macie.

She is survived by parents, Phyllis and Dale Briggs of Dixfield; sisters, Elaine Dean, April Jamison, Pam Reed, Merie O’Neil, Alisha Spaulding and Dalene Pulk; brothers, Eugene M. Macie, David Briggs and Tracy Briggs; and 33 nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by Eugene O. Macie.

Sharon was a kind and generous person, and a lifelong lover of all animals. She will be missed by all who knew her.
