BANGOR — Timothy L. Gotto, 55, died Thursday, Jan. 22, at Eastern Maine Medical Center. He lived in the Oquossoc and Rumford area.

Born in Rumford on Dec. 24, 1959, he was a son of Francis and Coni (Breau) Gotto. He was a graduate of Rumford High School and attended Maine Maritime Academy. He worked for local contractors as a carpenter.

Survivors include his son, Ty Howard Gotto, of Rhode Island; a sister, Caroline Flynn and her husband, Greg, of Mexico; a brother, Francis Gotto, of Lakeland, Fla.; nephews, Seth Flynn and his companion, Angela Cahill, of Rumford and Ryley Flynn of Mexico; and nieces, Jennifer Flynn of Mexico and Jessica Flynn and her companion, Nate Pandora, of Sumner.

He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Denis.
