1932 – 2015

GREENE — Raymond C. Laliberte, 82, of Greene, died Saturday, Feb. 14, at his home peacefully with his wife and granddaughter, Darcy, by his side.

He was born in Lewiston, on Oct. 29, 1932, son of Romeo Laliberte and Florence Hamel Laberte.

He was a great man, very hard working and honest. He had a passion for fishing and hunting and also loved spending time at the race track.

He is survived by his wife, Rolande Laliberte; brother, Richard Laliberte and companion, Linda Verrill; five sons, Randy Laliberte, Mark Laliberte and wife, Diane, Carl and fiancee, Carol, Peter and wife, Linda, and Derek and wife, Betty; two stepsons, Harold Nelson and wife, Sandra, and Mike and companion, Justin; 12 grandchildren, Jennifer, Scott, Michael, Savannah, Leann, Robert, Logan, Avery Zoe, Darcy, Anthony, Melissa and Michelle; 12 great-grandchildren, Kakoa, Erin, Aubrey, Ayden, Mattix, Luciano, Scarlet, Ariana, Dakota, Natalia, Cody and Hailey.

Raymond is predeceased by his parents; his sister, Phillis Laliberte; and stepson, Richard Nelson.
