BERLIN, N.H. — White Mountains Community College has decided to offer neighboring towns in Maine and Vermont in-state tuition, beginning this summer.
If you are a prospective student who lives within 50 miles of the Berlin, Littleton or Conway locations, you will be eligible for in-state tuition. All current students who reside within the 50 mile radius of one of the three locations will also become eligible this summer for in-state tuition.
Previously, students who attended White Mountains Community College from a bordering town paid a reduced tuition; however, this new initiative carries an even greater savings. Before, students would pay an average of $19,200 for their degree. Now, students who will be paying the in-state tuition will be able to receive their degree for an average of $12,800.
Contact the college with questions regarding programs and tuition, or to see if your town is eligible for neighboring town in-state tuition.
