AUBURN — Skelton, Taintor & Abbott, 95 Main St., announced that Jon Plourde has joined the firm.

Plourde’s litigation practice will include commercial and business litigation, municipal and government law, construction, real estate, personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Maine at Farmington, a Master of Arts degree in history from Syracuse University, and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Team and the recipient of three scholarships from the Aroostook County Bar Association.
