* Scott Mills, 50, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 2:48 p.m. March 26. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m.  May 5 in 11th District Court.

Incidents

* Report at 11:20 a.m. March 30 of a burglary at a Waldo Street residence and theft of cash. Cpl. Donald Miller is investigating.

* Report from a Hancock Street resident at 1:14 a.m. March 30 that a phone was stolen. Cpl. Lawrence Winson is investigating.

* Report at 6:55 a.m. March 27 of a burglary on the East Bethel Road and theft of cash. Sgt. James Bernard is investigating.

* Report at 5:33 p.m. March 26 of theft of checks on the Ellis River Road.  Sgt. Tracey Higley is investigating.
