Coach: Brad Cummings (third year)
Conference: MAISAD
Last year’s record: 4-6, league champions
Returning players: Seniors — Chris Gagne, Mike Gennello, Colin McKay, Joe Muller, Brendan Sullivan; Junior — Connor Anderson.
Key losses: Austin Wildes, Zack McNaughton, Chase Gabor, Matt Bauchmann, Sam Wheeler.
Promising newcomers: Seniors — Eliot List, Sean Munzing, Paul Rivera; Junior — Ben Upton; Sophomores — Jack Morton, Mason Henley; Freshman — Ben English.
Season outlook: With the return of veterans from 2014 and the addition of new talent, Hebron is well positioned to continue last year’s late-season success. Despite early struggles, Hebron went on a run at the finish, beat rival Kents Hill and walked away with the league title. Sullivan is a returning MAISAD all-star. Cummings said that the team’s talent should allow defensive flexibility. The coach also believes his pitching depth is improved. If the hitting keeps pace, Hebron should be in for a solid spring.
