LEWISTON — A man was struck by a vehicle Monday night on Main Street near Pedro O’Hara’s.

The unidentified male was struck around 9:40 p.m. and was lying on the sidewalk as Lewiston police, fire and United Ambulance personnel arrived at the scene. He appeared conscious and responsive as officers spoke to him. He was placed on a backboard and taken to a hospital.
