ORONO — The Maine Military & Community Network will hold its fifth annual statewide conference from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, at the University of Maine, Wells Commons.

The theme for the event is “Building Resilience in Community.” Dr. Jonathan Shay of Massachusetts, Dr. Richard Lumb of Wilton and Dr. Fred Shotz of Falmouth will present at the conference.

Specific focus will be placed upon the important role communities play in helping Veterans successfully return home after military service.
