SABATTUS — Town meeting action Thursday night indicates municipal spending for 2015-16 will raise taxes $34 on a property assessed at $100,000.
A municipal budget of $3 million was approved. It’s 6.46 percent more than this fiscal year. The new mill rate will be $18.14.
However, because the school budget must still be approved, as well as any extra selectmen may allocate, those figures are likely to change. The final numbers should be ready in July.
