* A tractor-trailer driven by Thomas Smalley, 45, of Naples, and a car driven by Sally A. Leclair, 67, of Belfast, collided at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday at Kittyhawk Avenue and Hotel Road. Leclair’s 2003 Chevrolet was towed. Damage to the 2011 Freightlinier, driven by Smalley and owned by Ryder Truck Rental, of Rochester, N.Y., was listed as minor.
