PORTLAND — U.S. Cellular has promoted Kyla Winslow to business development manager for U.S. Cellular in central New England.

Her responsibilities include developing business-to-business sales throughout central New England, including spending time in the Lewiston-Auburn locations.

Winslow joined U.S. Cellular as a retail wireless consultant in 2004. She has served in various positions with U.S. Cellular, including retail sales manager, direct sales support specialist and business account specialist.

Winslow lives in Portland with her husband.
