FARMINGTON — A section of the Temple Road/Route 43, in the Clay Hill area will be closed to through traffic Tuesday, June 16, from approximately 6 a.m. to noon for pavement grinding and reclamation.

Westbound traffic will be detoured north on Town Farm Road to Marvel Street and eastbound traffic will be detoured on Temple Road to Marvel Street.

Additional construction and repaving will take place during July and August, which may necessitate lane closures at times.

Motorists are asked to allow for extra travel time.
