AUBURN – Rinck Advertising has promoted two staff members. Karly Eretzian has been promoted to vice president of creative services and Kathleen de Silva has been promoted to chief operating officer and vice president of account services.

Eretzian provides leadership to the entire agency in the areas of creative strategy and communication, as well as processes and work flow. Part brand strategist, part creative visionary, Eretzian is highly skilled in the areas of brand building, message hierarchy, graphic concept and design layout, campaign development, user interface, identity development and project management. She is responsible for the total creative function of the agency. She has been with Rinck for 12 years.

Eretzian holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising design from Syracuse University. She is a member of the Advertising Club of Maine and lives in Auburn with her husband and daughter.

In her new roles, de Silva oversees budgeting and overall operation for each account at the agency. She has deep brand strategy experience from both the nonprofit and corporate worlds of marketing and advertising. She participates in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives, guides the agency’s operational and day-to-day activities and administers company policies.

De Silva joined Rinck in 2010 as an account planner. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of Southern Maine and lives in Windham with her husband and two daughters.
