The Chocolate Church Arts Center kicks off their Summer Saturdays Waterfront Concert Series with musician Cindy Alexander, beginning at 6 p.m., Saturday,  July 11 at  waterfront park on Commercial Street downtown Bath. Alexander is a California-based songwriter who is known as one of the best-selling independent artists on Amazon.com, with both her discography and live performances receiving rave reviews. She has toured with big name acts such as The Bangles, Rick Springfield and Joe Bonamassa, and has performed across f the globe. Alexander has been writing and performing music for more than 15 years. Being a wife, mother of two, and a breast cancer survivor, Alexander’s lyrics touch upon topics that relate to the human soul.  She has recorded six albums;  her latest, “Curve,” was released last October. Admission is free.
