AUBURN — Health Affiliates Maine has hired Nina Bartlett to the newly created position of director of operations.

Bartlett will be responsible for managing the growth of the billing department, quality assurance department and other operations at locations across the state.

Bartlett has 10 years of experience as an operations manager in a variety of fields. Her experience includes strategic planning, organizational development, communications, bookkeeping and office management.

Bartlett resides in Turner and is a graduate of Lewiston High School. She has continued her professional development through course work at the University of Maine at Augusta and has worked with national and local businesses in management, marketing and bookkeeping capacities.

Health Affiliates Maine is an Auburn-based statewide substance abuse and mental health agency providing mental health and substance abuse counseling, case management and psychiatric assessment and treatment services.
