* Kelly Burgess, 26, of Lisbon Road, Sabattus, arrested by Sabattus police on a charge of burglary, 10:40 p.m. Thursday at Sabattus Residential care.

* Lucas Messer, 29, of 22 Blueberry Lane, Wales, arrested by Sabattus police on charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief, 2:58 p.m. Friday in Sabattus.

* John Oberton, 22, of 8 Meadow Brook Road, Livermore Falls, arrested by Livermore Falls police on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, midnight Friday on Bridge Street.

Lewiston

* A car driven by Shane Manson, 30, of Bowdoin, struck an 8-year-old boy who had run into the roadway to retrieve a cardboard box at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday on Sabattus Street near Rideout Avenue. The boy, who lives on Rideout Avenue, was examined for injuries suffered when he was struck by the car’s side mirror. Damage to Manson’s 1998 Chevrolet was listed as minor.

* A car driven by Darlene S. Cripps, 57, of North Monmouth, struck the back of a car driven by Benjamin Fullerton, 18, of Greene, while Fullerton was stopped in traffic at 5:08 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street. The impact forced Fullerton’s car into a third car driven by Ronald H. Cochran, 42, of Lewiston, who was also stopped. Cripps’ 2004 Saturn was towed, as was Fullerton’s 2002 Chevrolet. Damage to Cochran’s 2004 Chevrolet was listed as minor.
