PARIS — On Saturday, Aug.  15, at 8 p.m.,  Celebration Barn Theater will present Bill Bowers for an evening of beautifully crafted and engaging storytelling and that the New York Times described as, “Zestful and endearing … Full of life.”

Compared to the work of David Sedaris, Claudia Shear and Augustin Burroughs, “It Goes Without Saying” is a uniquely crafted autobiographical performance in which Bowers shares funny, heartbreaking, and unbelievable true stories from his career as an actor and mime, and his life-long exploration of the role silence plays in all our lives.

“It Goes Without Saying” takes you on a scenic tour of Bowers’s life thus far; from his childhood in the wilds of Montana, to jobs as a performer across the country, to the whirlwind of Broadway and studying with the legendary Marcel Marceau.

Tickets are  $14 for adults, $12 for seniors (60-plus), and $8 for kids (17 and under). All tickets are general admission. Purchasing tickets in advance is strongly recommended.
