NEW GLOUCESTER — A story on Page B2 of the City edition Wednesday should have said that a civil lawsuit was filed solely against New Gloucester Selectman Steven Libby, not the town. The story also should have said Edward Benjamin of Drummond Woodsum of Portland defended Libby in the lawsuit. Maine Municipal Association, which provides insurance to the town through its self-insured municipal risk pool, did not represent the town in the suit. They were reporting errors.
