AUBURN — The YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston has announced its fall Lunch & Learn schedule. All sessions take place at 62 Turner St. and run from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Sept. 15: Mark Pechenik, director of community outreach, Alzheimer’s Association, on the Volunteer Scribes and Mindful Mobility Program.

Oct. 20: Lucy Beirne, outreach and education specialist, Maine Community Health, on “Health Insurance Literacy, Your Options.”

Nov. 10: Don Harfoush, program director, SeniorsPlus, “Programs and Services at SeniorsPlus.”

Dec. 1: Missy North-Drain, health promotion coordinator, Healthy Androscoggin, “Eating on a Budget.”

Participants will cook and eat a healthy recipe.
