POLAND — Kathy Haley, her daughter Shawna Haley-Bear, Debbie Morin and daughter Brooke Morin-Lachance are back for another “Summer Concert” at the All Souls Chapel at 7 p.m., Monday, July 27.
Tickets are $7.50 at the door. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Haley and Morin are former lead singers of the band Good and Plenty and, more recently, members of The Girls of L.A. They first met in the recording studio making jingles when Deb was pregnant with Brooke. Morin is currently performing throughout Maine and New England with her popular band Cheyenne. Haley is a pianist and organist for school and church music groups and performs with Phil House.
Haley-Bear and Morin-Lanchance are lifelong friends who are fabulous singers. Haley-Bear has performed for over a decade with the Tony Boffa band out of Portland. Morin-Lachance is one of Maine’s rising stars writing and performing her own original music. She recently went to New York to try out for the reality TV show, “The Voice.” You can hear her music on Reverbnation and local radio stations.
Monday’s concert will be an eclectic mix of music from early childhood memories with Mom to the songs that inspire them all today.
