1935 – 2015

AUGUSTA — Doris T. Laverdiere, 80, of Augusta, died on Thursday, Sept. 10.

She was born on May 7, 1935, in Lewiston, a daughter of Mabel and Conrad Bilodeau.

She loved to sew, play the guitar and spend time with family and friends.

Doris retired from Fleet bank in Augusta after 25 years of service.

Survived by husband, Raymond Laverdiere; daughter, Donna McCray and her husband, Keith; one brother, Bertrand Bilodeau and wife, Rita; two sisters, Patricia Beaudoin and husband, Paul, and Cecile Charest and husband, Maurice; aunt, Connie Hayes; 10 grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her brother, Robert Bilodeau.
