In Auburn, musician Michael Krapovicky will play at 5 p.m. in Festival Plaza and later at Gritty’s. Continental Shakedown will be at 207 American Grille starting at 8:30 p.m.
This month’s featured artists are Jeff Jacques, who has transformed the Argo Marketing space into a gallery with 300 of his ink prints, and the annual Boys and Girls Club exhibit at Le Messager Gallery with beautiful photographic images. Vote for your favorite.
L/A Arts is leading a fundraising campaign this month to break even on Art Walk for 2015. Donors at the Art Supporter Level of $100 to $149 will receive an L/A Arts lapel pin. Look out for the donation booths and buckets.
More than 20 venues are booked, including six in Auburn. For highlights of each evening’s events and a full artist catalog of work go online to artwalklewistonauburn.com.
Again this month L/A Arts encourages the Art Walk patrons to not only support local visual artists by coming to see their work, but also to purchase.
