LEWISTON — The Salvation Army Christmas application sign ups for 2015 will take place at 67 Park St. during October. 

The following are the only dates applications will be accepted:

Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 2 to 7 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 2 to 7 p.m.

Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for non-English speaking clients only.

A make-up day will be held Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. For that day, all non-English speaking applicants must provide their own interpreter.

Those applying will need picture ID, proof of all income, proof of all expenses and proof of anyone else living in the home, i.e. MaineCare cards or Social Security cards.
