OUELLETTE — Michel, 58, died peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 15, at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. A Mass of Christian Burial honoring Michel’s life will be celebrated Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Church. Burial with full military honors will be held later in the spring at Arlington National Cemetery.
