BATH — Liz Wyman, president of the board of directors of the Plant Memorial Home in Bath, announced that Kimberly Braley of Brunswick has been appointed to the board.
Braley is a registered nurse, employed by Maine Medical Center as a care transitions nurse. She brings her enthusiasm and nursing knowledge to the board and a particular talent and interest in geriatric populations. Her nursing experience includes behavioral health and forensics.
She serves as the chairwoman of her local shared governance committee. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in nursing from the University of Southern Maine.
For the past 25 years, she has owned a day care business in Brunswick along with her husband, a retired officer of the Brunswick Police Department.
Braley is the mother of three and grandmother of one.
