SANFORD (WGME) — The Sanford Police Department is attempting to locate 40-year-old Christopher William Gonyer.

Police say Gonyer fled the Biddeford probation office Nov. 4 and has not been seen since.

Gonyer is on probation for stabbing the mother of his kids and a Sanford police officer in 2006.

Police say Gonyer’s probation has been revoked and he is wanted for arrest. He is considered dangerous.

Gonyer has ties to Sanford and Old Orchard Beach, as well as Haverhill, Mass., and Sandwich, N.H.
