GIVING TREE AT PHILBROOK PLACE-The businesses at the Philbrook Place on Main Street in Bethel once again plan to brighten the holiday season for needy children in the area by partnering with customers on a “Giving Tree.”  The tree holds dozens of tags, each representing a gift for a child. Customers may choose a tag to purchase its gift. There is also a donation box for those who wish to simply contribute cash.
