FARMINGTON — The Planning Board will consider a zoning change to accommodate an expansion for Townline Tires when it meets at 6 p.m. Monday at the municipal building.

The property straddles two zones, village residential and farm and forest, according to the town’s code enforcement office.

Changing the zone to farm and forest will allow Cathleen Horner and her brother, Tim Seamon, to expand the business located at 128 Philbrick St. in Farmington Falls. The business was initially approved within the village residential zone by Code Enforcement Officer Steve Kaiser.
